Just as correct posture and workstation setup form the physical foundation for injury prevention, the way you hydrate, fuel, rest, and reset your mind is just as essential. These strategies may feel less visible than adjusting your chair height or aligning your spine, but they have a direct impact on how well your body recovers, adapts, and withstands the physical demands of beauty work.

This section provides a structured collection of targeted exercises designed to support recovery and restore function for each of the key musculoskeletal conditions covered earlier in the course.

Each exercise has been selected to:

Relieve tension and reduce pain in affected areas
Improve mobility and joint alignment
Rebuild stability and endurance in key muscle groups
Prevent recurrence through long-term strength and posture correction

Every movement is shown for clarity, with options to modify based on your current comfort and ability. Use the exercises that correspond to your condition as part of your daily or weekly routine or return to them anytime early symptoms begin to appear.

These exercises are designed to be gentle and suitable for most people. Always move within a comfortable range and stop if you feel pain. If you have a current injury or medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before following this routine.

The Pro Body Bible helps you stay strong, mobile, and pain-free with targeted exercises for every key area. Each chapter is divided into two sections Mobility & Strength for maintaining healthy movement and endurance, and Treatment & Relief for easing tension or early symptoms.

Choose one or two focus areas per session (for example, wrist and shoulder) and select up to three exercises per area. If combining regions, aim for no more than six to nine total exercises in one routine. Perform them daily or every other day, and take at least one full rest day per week.

You should feel gentle effort or stretch, never pain. If symptoms persist, stop and seek professional advice. These exercises support prevention and recovery but are not suitable during active injury or inflammation
